About

Train. Compete. Serve.

History

CJ Davidson's journey from a standout multi-sport high school athlete to a dual-sport collegiate competitor at Clemson University laid the foundation for his passion in youth development, health, and fitness. Fueled by this passion, Davidson tailored his training methods, specializing in nurturing athletes in their specific sports and positions.

Under Davidson's guidance, Tempo Sports Academy evolved into an organization focused on team-based training, effectively blending athletes' experiences with their aspirations for the next competitive level. Davidson emphasizes the significance of passion and self-trust in an athlete's journey, believing that it's these qualities that truly set them apart and define their tempo.

Established in 2016, Tempo Sports Academy has been instrumental in the success stories of athletes advancing to prestigious institutions like Stanford, Wake Forest, and Appalachian State. In 2021, Tempo expanded to its current 20,000 sq.ft. facility in Seneca, SC, elevating its offerings with a holistic approach that combines opportunity, dedication, expertise, and a nuanced perspective, making it the go-to destination for athletes seeking comprehensive athletic development.

club volleyball Director

Tiffany Holland

In just her third year as Volleyball Director at TSA, Coach Holland has taken the TSACVB program from one team to five teams in four years. Although she is in her first year coaching at Seneca High School, Coach Holland has been coaching for over 10 years. The former high school and collegiate athlete is now married and a mother of four. Despite all the time she spends coaching, she still manages to be a wife, mother, teacher, and a praise & worship leader. Coach Holland’s philosophy is, “Be Relentless!”

Message From Coach Tiffany: Coaching is my ministry. I know God has called me to give girls a place to learn and grow in the game and be someone to look up to. I love sharing my passion for volleyball and watching girls fall in love with the game.
