Congratulations! You have been invited to join the Tempo Sports Academy NXT Girls HS Flag Football Team! We believe you have what it takes to be part of this team, and we’d love to have you with us.
ACCEPTANCE DEADLINE:
Please confirm your commitment by Thursday, September 3.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE DEADLINE?
Athletes who accept by the deadline will officially secure their place on the team and receive next steps regarding practices, team communication, schedules, uniforms, and other program details.
If we do not receive your commitment by the deadline, your invitation will expire and your spot may be offered to another athlete.
WHAT’S THE COMMITMENT?
By accepting this invitation, you’re committing to being present, putting in the work, being coachable, supporting your teammates, and representing Tempo Sports Academy the right way.
There is a $225 team fee required to help cover:
Jersey/uniform and equipment
Practice space
Coaching and instruction
3 local games, scrimmages, and/or tournaments
Practice Schedule:
Sunday practices only | 6:00-7:30pm at nettles park.
Tentative tournament Schedule:
Sept. 27 | NXT FALL CLASH
LOCATION: NETTLES PARK - CLEMSON, SC
OCT. 17-18 | GIRL POWER CLASSIC
LOCATION: NETTLES PARK - MOORESVILLE, NC
OCT. 31-NOV. 1 | HALLOWEEN HAVOC
LOCATION: ATLANTA, GEORGIA
PAYMENT Schedule:
To make the team fee more manageable, the $225 fee will be split into three $75 installments:
1st Installment: $75 — Due Sunday, September 13
2nd Installment: $75 — Due Thursday, October 1
3rd Installment: $75 — Due Thursday, October 15
All three installments are required to fulfill the $225 team commitment.
Additional costs may be incurred if the team elects to participate in travel tournaments, additional tournaments, or other events beyond the three included local competitions. Families will be notified of any additional costs before committing to those opportunities.
