Vert Pro Program
Ages: This program is for high school athletes or those who have weight lifting experience from Tempo Sports Academy.
Join us for year 4 of our Vertical Jump Program! We’re excited to open our doors to upstate athletes to learn and unlock their true potential. Head performance trainer CJ Davidson will lead this advanced program where athletes will become stronger and more elastic jumpers, taking their game to new heights! This year, there will be individualized programing for each athlete. This means, each athlete’s program will be curated specifically for their personal development!
Early Bird Rate: $460 (Ends April 19 @ 12pm)
2023-2024 Tempo Athlete Rate: $395
Standard Rate: $495

*Athletes will select between two training opportunities on Monday and Tuesday(First come first serve). There will only be one training option for Thursdays.
