CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel your membership, please submit the form here at least 7 days before your next scheduled billing date to avoid any further charges and conclude your membership at the end of your current billing cycle. Please note that all memberships are automatically enrolled in a recurring payment system. If you request a cancellation and have a scheduled renewal payment within 6 or fewer days, payment will proceed as planned. Your membership will conclude at the end of your next billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for payments already made.
REFUND POLICY
To ensure seamless access to our services, all members are automatically enrolled in our recurring billing system, which renews memberships every 30 days. Please note that we do not offer refunds for partially used memberships or services. All sessions purchased in a membership or service expire after 30 days. Once a membership is renewed or a service is purchased, refunds cannot be issued. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
